1911 vs Glock21: Polymer Vs Steel: Husband and Wife Fight
Sometimes in marriage there will be ups, downs and disagreements. When you have them it is best to just sit down, talk about it and settle it IMMEDIATELY. Don’t let it linger at least that has been a part of the recipe for our longevity. So that’s what we did, headed to the range to try and settle this once and for all.
What’s your preference?

Hello! I love your youtube videos and read your posts on the website whenever posted! I’m reyired and looking forward to entering some of the challenges.
I’m a lifelong shooter and reloader but just getting set up for 22lr shooting off the bench. I’m thinking of purchasing a new CZ 457 Varmint MTR. I love CZ anything and have 2 CZ 452 Trainers that I have BRNO Peep Aperture Globe Iron Sights on. I need a scoped rifle for the bench and don’t want yo sornd giant $ on an Anschutz or Vooduu. What do you think of the 457 Varmint MTR for such a purpose as your challenges? What scope would you put on it?
Thanks for the great site and videos!
Dave
I am kicking myself, (almost). I had a DW-RZ-10, that I let our pastor trade me out of. I don’t say no to pastors. I replaced it with a EAA 10mm Hunter. When I bought the RZ it was 800ish, now it’s out of sight. I now have 10’s in EAA Hunter, Glock 40 MOS, XDM-Elite. I could be a poster pro-10mm guy. I can agree with both of you, for carrying, it’s the polymers, but for x-ring shooting, my go to is the EAA-Hunter 10mm.
Mr.R.G., if you ever get the chance, Work the slide on a EAA-Hunter. You’ll get what I mean, soon as you do.
Thank you much for what you do (both of you)
Dan
